*A skills to use a languange clearly, concisely and accurately (Sebuah keterampilan untuk menggunakan bahasa yang jelas, singkat dan akurat).
exp: contoh orang suming dan dengan orang yg normal.blm tentu org yg normal jelas menerangkan dari pada org sumbing.
*A Skill to attract the audience (Sebuah Keterampilan untuk menarik penonton) .
* A skill to organize the audience (Sebuah keterampilan untuk mengatur penonton)
* A skill to manage the time setting ( Sebuah keterampilan untuk mengelola pengaturan waktu)
* A skill to convince the audience ( Sebuah keterampilan untuk meyakinkan penonton)
* A skill to make the audience to accurtely
- Speaking in public, giving a performance, always implies a certain amount of effort and a degree of tension. The brain in invariably aroused to higher levely of excitation. ( Berbicara di depan umum, memberikan kinerja, selalu menyiratkan sejumlah usaha dan tingkat ketegangan. Otak selalu di terangsang lebih tinggi levely eksitasi.)
- If we lack the ability to control that excitation, we go into a state of stress and experience feeling of fear and even pain ( Jika kita tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk mengontrol eksitasi itu, kita pergi ke dalam keadaan stres dan perasaan pengalaman rasa takut dan bahkan rasa sakit)
- To speak effectively, the brain must be functioning freely and smoothly ( Untuk berbicara secara efektif, otak harus berfungsi secara bebas dan lancar)

e. Connection (good relationship with audience)

h. Content ( presentation material)
i. Channel ( communication media)
j. Character ( non verbal communication)
